• Nurses Friend are always available, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year should you need to contact us regarding supply of staff or any other matter. When you contact us there will always be a member of staff to answer your call, no answer phones, no voice mail.

• We will always endeavour to meet our customer’s staffing requirements, even at very short notice.

• Nurses Friend operates using a person centred approach and the needs of the service users are considered on an individual basis. Specialist training may be arranged as necessary.
